Refund Policy

Session packages
Unused sessions in a package may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, minus any sessions already delivered. After 30 days, unused sessions may be transferred to another student or subject but are not refundable.
Individual sessions
Individual sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice will be fully refunded or rescheduled. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
Teacher cancellations
If a session is cancelled by Edwaken or the assigned teacher, a full refund or reschedule will be offered at no charge.
Technical issues
If a session cannot be completed due to technical issues on Edwaken's side, a full reschedule or refund will be offered. Technical issues on the student's side do not qualify for a refund.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your booking reference and reason. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
