1. Acceptance of terms
By using Edwaken's services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Edwaken provides online K–12 tutoring services including 1:1 sessions, small group sessions, diagnostic assessments, and academic counseling. Services are delivered via video conferencing platforms.
3. Booking and cancellation
Sessions must be cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid forfeiture. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged at the full session rate. No-shows are charged at the full rate.
4. Payment
Payment is due before sessions commence unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other methods as specified at checkout. All prices are in SAR unless otherwise stated.
5. Conduct
Students and parents are expected to treat teachers and staff with respect. Edwaken reserves the right to terminate services for abusive or inappropriate behaviour without refund.
6. Intellectual property
All materials provided by Edwaken teachers are for the enrolled student's personal use only. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing materials without permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
Edwaken's liability is limited to the value of sessions paid for. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, though we are committed to delivering high-quality teaching.
